Hi, I'm Stacy.
I am a degree qualified accredited nutritionist who uses a weight neutral approach towards health. I believe that health should be inclusive, and that bodies of all shapes and sizes can be healthy. I don’t believe that health is just about salads, smoothies, and protein bars.
As a holistic clinical nutritionist I’ve seen the damage done by the constant pressure to lose weight, restrict calories, exercise excessively and fit into the narrative that a certain body size equals health. I’m here to tell you that is not the case despite what the “wellness experts” say.
To help you regain optimal health I will investigate any underlying biochemical factors, use food as medicine, supplement nutrients (if needed), and help you implement behavioural and lifestyle factors to support these interventions.
