Hi, I’m Stacy. I’m a mum and Nutritionist.
I started out studying nutrition as a way to understand my daughter’s allergies and intolerances. Before I studied nutrition I trained as a pastry chef. I’ve also worked in health food and bulk food stores for the past decade. Along the way I’ve learned so much about food from how it’s grown, sourced, made, manufactured, packaged, marketed, sold, cooked, eaten, digested, and absorbed. Suffice to say, FOOD IS MY LIFE!
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine
I am an accredited member of ATMS
I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients who are committed to their health goals. My consultations are a safe, non judgemental space for you to bring me your health concerns. I use my science based education to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs, with education and support to help you keep on track.

I practice on Darug land and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. I pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
